A group of artists/political pranksters in St. Petersburg named Voina (War) decided to play a prank on Russian federal agencies. In a matter of 23 seconds and armed only with glow in the dark paint, the group created a 213 feet tall, 83 foot wide phallus which rose above the city when the bridge raised at 1:40AM. The bridge, of course, is directly in front of the FSB offices, home to the Federal Security Service.
Voina dubbed their work “Giant Galactic Space Dick”.
