Amazon UK released their 2010 bestseller list and the Kindle reigns supreme as the top seller (also the top seller in the US). Looking at the rest of the top-10 it seems there’s a good chance those Kindle purchases were followed up with a The Girl Who… book purchase.

The news is all roses for Amazon and e-readers as a whole. Only time will tell what this means for publishers and traditional book retailers.
