The NY Post landed an exclusive look at Derek Jeter’s condo way back in April of this year which ran him a cool $12.72 million in 2001 and they are now reporting that it has been sold. The gorgeous condo is located on the 88th-floor penthouse at the top of the Trump World Tower at UN Plaza, but it looks like Jeter had been there for long enough. Jeter finally unloaded the digs to a Brazilian businessman named Claudio Ferro for a discounted price of $15.5 million down from the listing price in April 2012 of $17.95 million, which was down from the $20 million price tag that it held two years ago.
The penthouse has a mere 5,425-square-foot and features 360-degree views of Manhattan, four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, and a fireplace for good measure.

In true bachelor pad fashion, Jeter’s spot has a pool table, a poker table, a dining-room table which seats 14, and of course, a tabletop Pac-Man game.
