Grant Balfour and Victor Martinez were involved in a bench clearing skirmish during Monday’s ALDS game between the A’s and Tigers. During the two players’ spat, the MLB Network’s microphones were left on to catch some of the unpleasantries. The two went at it verbally and it, of course, caused both benches to empty and grown men to start pushing each other.
We apologize for the F-bombs. The A’s would go on to win 6-3.
