This seemed very odd to me at the time that it happened, and after receiving a few texts immediately after I came to the conclusion that Eli’s comments were “odd.” When Eli Manning was asked about Stokley he responded with:
“He had a small package, but his package got a lot bigger in the middle of the game.”
