It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood for the Altoona Curve. The Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates will hold a “Night in the Neighborhood” for their July 5th game against Harrisburg. The game will be promoting new PBS show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood and honoring old PBS show Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood with a handful of unique offerings, the best of which includes Altoona’s uniforms: Mr. Rogers’ sweaters.

It’s not the only TV show-themed uniforms in minor league baseball this year, with the Frisco RoughRiders scheduled to wear Full House jerseys on Friday and others also partaking in the fun.
