Dirk Nowitzki ripped the hearts out of Knicks fans Monday night with a game-winning buzzer beater that bounced around the rim a few times before dropping in. And, while it might not have been the prettiest shot in the world, Dirk did get it up over Carmelo Anthony, who played harassing defense about as well as anyone can on the Big German. Melo’s defensive effort did not go unnoticed by J.E. Skeets (of NBATV’s The Starters), who said it resembled E. Honda’s famous “Hundred Hand Slap” from Street Fighter. Thanks to Skeets’ observations, we have the above video for your pleasure.
