With all of their heavy equipment and their sedentary lifestyle, goalies are not known for their athleticism, but Nashville Predators goalie Carter Hutton showed just the opposite against the Philadelphia Flyers. Remarkably, Hutton made the “Save of the Year” candidate from behind the net. The keeper went to get the puck behind the goal when it randomly hit the boards and bounced right in front of the net for Michael Raffl of the Flyers to score on the open net. Hutton recovered quickly then lunged towards the goal to make the spectacular save.
