Sunday’s Packers-Lions game was chucked with interesting items, including an Aaron Rodgers injury, onside punt recovery and another Ndamukong Suh controversy.

In a game that ultimately saw the Packers prevail, winning the division and grabbing the No. 2 seed in doing so, the highly criticized Lions defensive lineman appeared to step on the leg of Rodgers.

While the move was not as vicious as Suh’s past actions or that of teammate Dominic Raiola’s last week, it still appeared to a blatant push on his leg. Rodgers was asked about the ordeal immediately following the game and although he did not directly blast Suh for another dirty play, he certainly fired the first post-incident shot.

It is clearly a reference to Raiola’s claims that he did not intentionally stomp on the leg Bears lineman Ego Ferguson’s leg in Week 16 and Suh’s claims that he didn’t kick Packers lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith in 2011. Suh was not flagged for his actions but it is certainly possible that the NFL could lay the hammer on him prior to the Lions wild card game.
