This is the perfect video to play over and over to young kids who need to learn the value of humility and playing until the final whistle (so to speak) blows. Meghan Rutledge learned this lesson the hard way during the X-Games in Los Angeles this weekend as she performed a premature fist pump on her last jump while leading during the women’s moto X 12-lap race. The fist pump was enough to cause her to lose her balance and she took a spill allowing Vicki Golden to pass her for the gold and complete a three-peat.
Feel free to enjoy a few more bloopers while you are here from the Moto X this year at the X-Games.
