Alex Morgan and several other soccer stars were kicked out of Disney World on October 1 when they had a little too much to drink at EPCOT (who hasn’t?) and got into some verbal confrontations with other groups. When the police were called, they said Morgan and her friends were “highly impaired” and “verbally aggressive”.
As TMZ often does, they now have video of the police meeting with Morgan and company after the incident through recorded body cam footage, when she said about what went down, “You guys are lying right now. I can’t imagine what black people go through.”
Whether that was the alcohol talking or not, that’s quite a comment to make even in the heat of the situation. Morgan and company eventually did leave the Disney property, and she has personally apologized for the incident already:
I want to apologize for my actions that occurred over the weekend. I will learn from this make sure it does not happen again. #liveandlearn

“I want to apologize for my actions that occurred over the weekend. I will learn from this make sure it does not happen again. #liveandlearn.”
But this comment does add another weird layer to an already weird and bizarre story.
