Yesterday, during the Patriots’ Super Bowl parade, LeGarrette Blount was photographed holding a “Bitch Mode” t-shirt, a rather obvious reference to Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch.
The moment wasn’t lost on Twitter as the photo went viral and even drew the ire of Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin.
Blount Had a sign that said bitch mode? Lol and they said we had no class

After the photograph garnered a lot of attention, Blount took to Twitter to assure everyone, including Marshawn Lynch (who Blount made sure to tag in his Tweet), that he meant no disrespect by waving a t-shirt proclaiming Lynch to be “Bitch Mode” in front of a throng of Patriots fans.
About this shirt.. Just so ppl know, I have 100% respect for @MoneyLynch and how he plays the game. There's a reason he's called #BeastMode

While the apology is considerate, if there’s one time where ANYONE should get a pass for trash-talking, it’s after you win a Super Bowl. Lighten up, folks.
