Jason Kelce is a member of the media now, and that means he’s had to abandon some of his old allegiances, especially after he caught heat earlier in the season for supporting Philadelphia too much.
Kelce was working the Monday Night Football pregame show for ESPN, and Philadelphia Eagles fans won’t like how their former player carried himself on television.
Kelce was waving the Pittsburgh Steelers’ “terrible towel” as if he were a lifelong fan.

Kelce probably isn’t allowed to be a diehard Eagles fan anymore, but it’s still got to sting the city of Philadelphia to see him supporting their in-state rivals this. Many people took to Twitter to react to Kelce’s Steelers support.
“He’s admitted one of his favorite players was Jerome Bettis. Hes a Steelers guy,” one fan said.
“Sorry, you can tell he’s not a Steelers fan because he doesn’t have the wrist finesse built by decades of twirling,” one fan added.
“A Clevelander twirling one of those awful things is blasphemous … shame!” one fan added, noting that Kelce is from northeast Ohio.
“Jason Kelce is just Fat McAfee,” one fan added.
“Nope he shouldn’t be allowed to twirl that,” one fan added.
As funny as it is to see Kelce supporting the Steelers, it’s hard to believe he isn’t still an Eagle at heart.
