The upcoming fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao will undoubtedly be attended by its fair share of celebrities. Count Tom Brady among the famous faces that one is likely to see at the boxing extravaganza.
According to Sports Illustrated’s Greg Bishop, Brady made a direct plea to CBS President Leslie Moonves to hook him up with tickets:
Another aside: Brady is expected to attend the fight. We’re told he appealed directly to Leslie Moonves, president of CBS.
Brady chose wisely in asking Moonves for tickets. After all, it is Moonves who has been credited with being intimately involved in organizing the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight AND settling recent disputes between the two boxing camps.
If Leslie can’t help Brady, perhaps he could get tickets through Mayweather’s camp. The two did FaceTime each other earlier this year, after all.
