The New York Giants are not in a good way.
The Giants lost to their divisional rival, the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, in a game in which former Giants running back Saquon Barkley decimated his old team. Barkley finished the day with 176 yards rushing to go along with a touchdown. Barkley’s old running mate, still with the Giants, had a less remarkable day.
Giants quarterback went 14-for-21 throwing and failed to accumulate even 100 passing yards. To make matters worse for Jones, a new stat is out about just how pathetic his tenure in New York has been.
According to Bleacher Report, Jones hasn’t thrown a touchdown pass in New York since New Year’s Day of 2023.

Fans reacted to the brutal statistic online.
“Considering they play in New Jersey, he’s never thrown one in NYC,” one fan said on Twitter.
“At least they built the franchise around him and not Saquan,” a fan said sarcastically.
“The home crowd not seeing a dime from Danny Dimes is egregious. And then no running game,” a fan added.
“40 Mil per year btw,” a fan added.
Thanks aren’t going great for Jones or the Giants, who are sitting at 2-5 on the year. It’ll be interesting to see if New York decides to cut its losses and look in a new direction for quarterback play.
