Down 7-0 in the first quarter of Thursday night’s game against the Dallas Cowboys, the Chicago Bears needed a boost. Brandon Marshall was happy to oblige.
On a second and five from the Bears 25 yard line, Jay Cutler placed a bomb to a spot where only Brandon Marshall could catch it. The Bears wide receiver fully extended and made a phenomenal one-handed catch by juggling the ball into his clutches.
The play would go for 42 yards but if the NFL awarded style points, this one would have been worth a touchdown (or at least a Jay Cutler smile).
Thankfully for Marshall and the Bears, Chicago would score six plays later.
