Last week, it was reported that LeBron James was so impressed by Gokul Venkatachalam’s spelling bee victory (and the fact that he wore a LeBron jersey underneath his shirt) that he sent the young man some gifts including a pair of signed Nike LeBron sneakers.
Well, LeBron’s presents to Gokul made their way to Venkatachalam and it turns out that he didn’t receive one pair of LeBron sneakers, he received two.
The first is actually a pair of LeBron 11 Elite player exclusives from the LeBron James Family Foundation. PEs are always pretty sweet, but these are downright amazing.
The second pair that Gokul received is the LeBron 12 “All-Star” edition signed by King James himself. The sneakers also came with an inscription reading “Congrats on being spelling “B” champ.”
The package also contained more Cavs gear for Gokul as well as some Beats headphones. In all, it seems like the perfect gift for a very talented Cavs fan and sneakerhead.
