During the 2015 Scripps National Spelling Bee, eventual co-champion Gokul Venkatachalam wore a LeBron James jersey underneath his button up shirt.
Proving that he didn’t choose his James jersey on a random whim, Gokul also rocked it for this great clip.

Now, after showing his support for LeBron, Gokul will receive some love from King James. According to TMZ Sports, LeBron is sending Gokul a pair of signed LeBron XII sneakers and some Cavs gear.
A rep for the Cavs tells us LeBron and the team were so impressed by the performance … they hooked Gokul up with a pair of Nike Lebron XII’s … inscribed with a personal message from King James … plus a bunch of team apparel.
Gokul apparently hasn’t received LeBron’s present yet but the various gifts seem to be perfect for Gokul. After all, Gokul is quite the sneakerhead and a Cavs fan, so a pair of LeBron XII’s personally signed by LeBron James has to be quite the awesome gift for the young man to receive.
