Meanwhile, Anthony Davis won the battle of young Western Conference big men against DeMarcus Cousins, pouring in 28 points and grabbing 9 rebounds in leading the New Orleans Pelicans to a 106-100 come-from-behind win over the Sacramento Kings. Cousins notched 24 points and 17 rebounds (and this soul-crushing chase-down block on Jrue Holiday) in the loss. However, we got our first glimpse this season of what should be a tremendous battle for years to come.
