Free-agent guard Landry Fields has reached a verbal agreement with the Toronto Raptors. Fields, formerly with the New York Knicks, is expected to sign a three-year deal that is worth a reported $20 million.
He will not be able to officially sign until July 11, when NBA players can sign their new contracts.
The Knicks will have three days to either match or raise the offer once Fields signs with the Raptors.
