Tim Kurkjian might be more famous for laughing at Scott Van Pelt’s Baltimore accent than some of his still wonderful baseball analysis today, but what you can always count on with Tim is to not be as in-tune with the world of pop culture as he is with the world of baseball. So on the Dan LeBatard Show today, LeBatard and Stugotz asked Tim to read a sampling of lyrics from a Pitbull song, and you probably need to see this:
Only Dan LeBatard could ask someone like Tim Kurkjian to read Pitbull lyrics and have it not be uncomfortably awkward. Some of the highlights including Tim reading this segment:
“Two plus two, I’m going to undress you. Three and three, you’re going to undress me. Four and four we’re going to freak some more.”
The segment was inspired by this amazing photo from ESPN’s Adnan Virk.

While it might not be Christopher Walken reading out lyrics to a Lady Gaga song, for sports fans it’s about as close as we can get, and it’s still absolutely wonderful and glorious.
So whose lyrics will Tim Kurkjian read lyrics to next? Migos? DJ Khaled? Sam Hunt? We’d love to see him tackle some more of music’s most popular artists.
