If or when Brent Honeywell reaches the big leagues, he will be known as the “minor leaguer who threw shade at Bryce Harper”.
Honeywell, a pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays’ Class-A affiliate Charlotte Stone Crabs, ripped Harper for his “make baseball fun again” mantra.
Anyone else hoping Honeywell and Harper get a chance to square off in the future?
“Make baseball fun again” it must not be too fun being one of the youngest super stars. It must not be fun to face the best of the best.
