Matt Harvey – NYM – Harvey is 4-0 with a 1.44 ERA, but I have the same reservations with him as I do Shelby. I think he’ll get shut down towards the end of the year, and plus, he plays for the Mets. He’s simply not going to get much run support moving forward. I expect Miller and Harvey to battle it out for NL Rookie of the Year, giving Miller the slight edge mainly because he will get more wins.
