2. Jordan Zimmerman – WAS – Zimmerman is a big surprise to me, as everyone thought him to be the 3rd best pitcher on the Nationals behind Strasburg and Gonzalez. Zimmerman though, is 7-1 with a 1.69 ERA. Hard to argue with those numbers. He doesn’t have the strike out numbers as some other guys, but that doesn’t much matter when you’re winning as many games as he is. I don’t think he can keep it up, but he’s had one heck of a season so far.
