Rays outfielder Dayron Varona joined his team on a trip to Cuba, where he finally was able to share an embrace with his family for the first time in three years. Varona wasn’t on the 40-man roster, and actually never played above AA, but he was allowed to travel thanks to help from teammates Evan Longoria, Chris Archer, and others. It’s one of the more heartwarming videos you’ll see.
