30. Carlos Ruiz, Catcher
Ruiz began 2013 serving a suspension for a banned amphetamine and then never really got things going like we are accustomed to seeing from Chooch. The drop off in numbers coupled with his increasing age (34-years old) makes you wonder if Ruiz has started to hit the downside of his career. But then again, this is a player that finished in the top 30 of National League MVP balloting from 2010-12.
