60 Minutes Sports is doing a whole show on sneakerheads on Wednesday night and the program released a sneak peek of their profile on Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia and his awesome sneaker closet.
Sabathia is fortunate enough to be signed to Jordan Brand so he gets his favorite kicks for free. A tour of his sneaker closet reveals that Sabathia has hundreds of pairs on display of which his wife curates which designs make it into the humidors/display cases.
To really hammer home how huge Sabathia’s collection is, the closet essentially has its own living room. How else can one explain the presence of a couch and television within a closet that is specifically designed to hold shoes?
