We’ve heard of bobble head night, free t-shirt night, dollar hot dog night, etc. Professional sports teams’ sales departments come up with all kinds of nonsense to get butts in seats.
The Toronto Raptors are waving that Canadian flag ever so hard and holding a Drake Night on January 11th against the struggling Brooklyn Nets.
On Drake Night, ticket holders will get a limited edition Raptors/Drake/Ovo t-shirt and a special halftime DJ set…of course, a Raptors vs. Nets game will be so bad that at halftime many folks will be like “hold on, we’re going home.” Get it?
