Meet Kensuke Uchimura of the Yokohama Bay Stars in Japan. Uchimura may now be responsible for the worst sacrifice bunt attempt in the history of baseball thanks to this diving bunt attempt his put forth in a game recently. With a squeeze play on, the other team executed a pitchout to try and gun down the runner at third base – but that didn’t stop Uchimura from attempting to lay down the bunt. Unfortunately (and not shockingly) he completely whiffed and wound up looking like a fool.
