Drunk Ghostbuster backflips over cop, gets arrested

Here’s a quick note to all you people going Trick or Treating tonight: If you dress up as a Ghostbuster, climb a cop car, and then backflip over a cop…you will probably get arrested. If that’s worth the 30 seconds of hilarious video it will create, then by all means go for it. You can be cellmates with this guy.
