This has arguably been the worst season of Aaron Rodgers’ storied career. Rodgers and the New York Jets lost to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday to fall to 3-9 on the season.
Despite the disappointment that’s been this year, head coach Jeff Ulbrich has decided to stand with Rodgers as the team’s starting quarterback, according to one Jet reporter.
“Jeff Ulbrich said Aaron Rodgers will remain the Jets starting quarterback this weekend,” reported Zack Rosenblatt on Monday.

Fans reacted to the decision on social media.
“If that was zac wilson playing like he is, he would have benched a long time ago just saying,” one fan said on Twitter.
“The (Jets) are really struggling to make the tough decision. It’s ok to say Rodgers had a great career and is a future HOF QB. It’s also ok to say that we tried and it didn’t work out. He’s missing wide open receivers and has had multiple chances to win us games with no success,” one fan added.
“BOOOOOO,” another fan who is clearly fed up with Rodgers’ play this season added.
As much support as Rodgers may have at the moment, it’ll be interesting to see how long his leash is moving forward.
