New York Jets superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers was not happy with one of his teammates during Monday afternoon’s practice as a result of a pretty dangerous situation that could have put him at risk of an injury.
According to a report from New York Jets reporter Rich Cimini of ESPN, Aaron Rodgers was “hot” after one of his teammates – either center Joe Tippmann or guard John Simpson – stepped on his foot resulting in him falling to the ground.
“Rodgers is hot. He falls to the ground after someone (Tippmann or Simpson) steps on his foot on the QB-center exchange,” Cimini said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

While this seems like a pretty strong reaction from Rodgers, it makes sense that he would be a little upset given his injury history.
Rodgers missed essentially the entire 2023 season after he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury during just the first drive of the season with the New York Jets during the team’s season-opening showdown against the Buffalo Bills.
After such a disappointing season for Rodgers and the team, he obviously wants to stay healthy this season, and that incident probably scared him a bit.
