Aaron Rodgers stirred up something on Thursday afternoon. The New York Jets quarterback is currently in Nevada for the annual American Century Championship. But while he was on the links, the superstar Rodgers made interesting comments about former teammate Davante Adams.

The former Green Bay Packers teammates were among the most feared QB-WR duos in the 2010s. Adams and Rodgers were a dynamite connection together as the former flourished and became one of the league’s best receivers.

Competing at the American Century Championship this week, Rodgers talked to a Vegas-area reporter about his former teammate. Unsurprisingly, Rodgers was glowing and complimentary.

“I love Luke Getsy, he’s a fantastic coach. I love Davante. Can’t wait to play with him, again,” Rodgers said.

Rodgers and Adams playing again together is a phenomenal concept, but one that would require quite a lot of work.

With that said, the sports world had much to say about Rodgers’ words and the possibility of a reunion.
