Barron Trump, the youngest son of former president Donald Trump, made a telling move recently that showed a shared interest with his father.
The youngest Trump made an ultrarare appearance with his dad on the golf course on July 3. A leaked video surfaced online that showed Barron sitting in the golf cart while the eldest Trump was heard asking observers about his performance in the most recent presidential debate.
Trump once joked that he didn’t like being photographed next to Barron due to their substantial height difference which made Trump look short by contrast.
In the video, Trump went on to roast his political rivals, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as Barron looked on.
“He just quit, you know – he’s quitting the race,” Trump said. “I got him out of the – and that means we have Kamala.”
Biden has since reaffirmed plans to stay in the race despite his widely mocked performance against Trump.
Trump, for his part, said he considers Harris to be the tougher candidate, though it came with his typical insults.
“I think she’s gonna be better” as an opponent, Trump said. But added, “She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic,” and appeared to say: “She’s so [expletive] bad.”
Barron Trump did not offer any commentary on the matter.
