As good as Steve Smith’s play was on Sunday, A.J. Green’s performance was even better during the Bengals’ 28-24 victory over the Ravens.
Smith torched the Bengals for 186 yards and two touchdowns on 13 receptions but he was outdone by Green, who managed to haul in 10 receptions for 227 yards and two touchdowns of his own, including the go-ahead score with about 2 minutes to go in the game.
Ever the proud warrior, Smith gave props to his Bengals counterpart on Twitter on Monday, calling Green “a bad boy.”
Without a doubt, his words for Green were much nicer than the words that he had for the Bengals secondary yesterday.
