ESPN has just released its new iOS app called WatchESPN that brings your favorite sports programming to your iPhone and iPod touch (iPad version coming next month). WatchESPN is a free download but you must be an ESPN subscriber on either Time Warner, Bright House Networks, or Verizon FiOS. The app lets you stream live events including games from the NBA regular season and playoffs, The Masters, US Open and The Open Championships, MLB, college football and basketball, Barclay’s Premier League, Spanish Primera Division, Euro 2012 soccer, and more. You can also stream ESPN original shows such as SportsCenter, PTI, Mike & Mike, Baseball Tonight, and SportsNation.
