It took awhile, but the most anticipated boxing match up in years is finally happening, as Floyd Mayweather confirmed via something called Shots that he will fight Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The bout comes probably five years too late, but something is better than nothing, right?
Also, if you’d like to be in Vegas that weekend and are wondering about hotels, MGM has been sold out for weeks in anticipation of an announcement, and the rest of the Strip is probably selling out as you read this.
