Note to NBA players: once the ball is inbounds, just pass it to someone else and then ask for it back. Hopping out of bounds and passing the ball in again is against the rules. At least this one probably won’t cost them the game: the Suns were losing to the Houston Rockets 41-23 at the end of the first quarter.
