On Friday, the Associated Press named the AP 2014 NFL All-Pro Team.
Out of all the players in the NFL, there were only two unanimous selections. One was Houston Texans defensive end and all-around football god J.J. Watt. The other was notorious kitten lover Rob Gronkowski.
2 players – Texans DE J.J. Watt and Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski – were unanimous selections for the AP All-Pro team.

Here’s the rest of the list and the amount of first-team selections they received out of a possible 50.
Quarterback: Aaron Rodgers – 44
Running Backs: DeMarco Murray – 48, Le’Veon Bell – 44
Fullback: John Kuhn – 18
Tight End: Rob Gronkowski – 50
Wide Receivers: Antonio Brown – 49, Dez Bryant – 24
Tackles: Tyron Smith – 35, Joe Thomas – 22
Guards: Marshal Yanda – 38, Zach Martin – 24
Center: Maurkice Pouncey – 21
Placekicker: Adam Vinatieri – 26
Kick Returner: Adam Jones – 17
Defensive Ends: JJ Watt – 45 (Watt also received five additional votes as a defensive tackle so he was a unanimous selection even though the voting shows that some AP voters can’t tell the difference between line positions), Mario Williams – 24
Defensive Tackles: Ndamukong Suh – 41, Marcell Dareus – 24
Outside Linebackers: Justin Houston – 47, Elvis Dumervil – 13
Inside Linebackers: Luke Kuechly – 43, Bobby Wagner -31
Cornerbacks: Darrelle Revis – 42, Richard Sherman – 41 (Part of me wishes that the AP voters were just looking to troll Sherman here)
Safeties: Earl Thomas – 39, Eric Weddle – 16
Punter: Pat McAfee – 26.
