By now, you’re probably aware of the Philadelphia 76ers’ plan to bottom out like no team has bottomed out before in the NBA, thus landing as many high draft picks as possible in order to rebuild the team. The Sixers currently own the worst record in the league, and if that holds, they are guaranteed no worse than the 4th pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. In addition to tanking for picks, general manager Sam Hinkie has made so many roster moves since taking over in May 2013 that they’re almost impossible to keep track of.
