Last week’s Big Ten Championship between Ohio State and Wisconsin was not only unfortunate for Wisconsin (who lost the game by a score of 59-0). It was also unfortunate for J.J. Watt.
Watt and fellow Houston Texan John Simon had made a bet before the game over who would win. Simon bet on Ohio State (his alma mater) while Watt bet on his own Wisconsin Badgers.
And while the stakes may not have been as high as some of the fantasy football bets that we’ve seen this season, Watt didn’t look particularly happy having to deck himself out in Ohio State clothing.
