The Chicago Bears season is quickly going off the rails.

The Bears fell to 1-5 on Sunday, good for last place in the NFC North, after a brutal home loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Franchise quarterback Justin Fields left the game early, and one particularly violent Bears fan wearing his jersey took out his frustrations on a fellow Bears fan in a dispute that purportedly started in line for the bathroom.

The NFL world was quick to react to the shocking display:

“Bears fans fighting Bears fans? And the Vikings fan is trying to break it up?” one NFL fan wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

“Pathetic. Every participant should be charged, prosecuted, and banned from attending NFL games for life. Not just from games. From entire NFL properties. Not just from #Bears properties. From all NFL properties. This type of unbearable behavior cannot be tolerated,” wrote another fan.

“As a dad of young kids, this is my greatest fear about taking them to a Commanders game in the next few years,” wrote one Commanders fan, before wondering if FedEx Field had or is considering dry or family-friendly sections. He said he would pay extra for the safety.

“The only time this season I’ve seen ‘Fields’ cook,” joked one Bears fan.

“This is the most fight I’ve seen from anyone in a Bears jersey all year,” wrote one sad Bears fan.
