Serious question: Will Gronk be cited for public consumption of alcohol? Anyone else would be.

This was an apparently serious question put forth by an apparently serious football news organization.
During the Patriots’ Super Bowl parade, Rob Gronkowski was seen drinking a beer. In public! Surrounded by thousands of witnesses, security and public officials! Why wasn’t he promptly arrested on the spot for public consumption of alcohol? How corrupt is the Patriots’ grip on the New England area? Will the Patriots ever stop skirting society’s rules?
Mike Florio is just asking questions, folks.
Twitter had some answers ready but, unsurprisingly, not many of them actually had to deal with the legality of drinking in public during city-organized festivities.
Flip on through some of them below.
