NBA teams starting bring back Hardwood Classics a few years ago and the world has been a better place since. There are some truly awesome throwback basketball jerseys that need to make a comeback and, fortunately, it was announced this week that a trio of classics will be returning to the parquet this upcoming season. This is not new news, but we felt it necessary to remind you on NBA Media Day.
According to Dan Feldman of Pro Basketball Talk, the 2014-15 season will include some throwback Hardwood Classics jerseys for these teams—from the 1990s for the Pacers and Raptors and 1950s for the Kings, formerly the Rochester Royals. (via)
Personally, I cannot wait to see Toronto’s Jurassic Park jerseys back in action. I honestly might have to buy one to bring back the childhood memories.
