Miley was the runner up to Bryce Harper for the National League Rookie of the Year, so he may not be that unknown. Yet, when we think of elite pitchers in the NL West, names like Kershaw, Cain, Kennedy come to mind (sorry Timmy). Not after this season. Miley posted a 3.33 ERA after starting 29 games last season. He posted a strong 6.7 K/9 innings last year, and should improve upon those numbers again this year. Miley is a must-start in all fantasy league formats.
