Throughout her basketball career at both the college level and now in the WNBA, Caitlin Clark has been involved in more than a few on-court confrontations with opposing players. And this week, one WNBA coach opened up a little bit about Clark’s trash-talking ability.
During a recent press conference, Las Vegas Aces head coach Becky Hammon opened up a little bit about Caitlin Clark as she made it clear that “no one talks more crap” than Clark when she is on the court.
“Look, at the end of the day, (Clark and Reese) are really super-skilled, they’re fun to watch,” Hammon said Thursday night at a press conference according to Fox News. “And they jaw at each other, you know?
“No one talks more crap than Caitlin too. I saw (Angel) and NaLyssa (Smith) get into it the other day. It’s a different generation. I think we talked subtly, but they be talking in your face, which is fine. Let them go. They’re big girls.”
Obviously, Clark has had reason to talk a little bit of trash as she has had the most dominant individual college career and is now perhaps the biggest star the WNBA has ever seen.
