In the 40th minute of Olhanense’s 2-1 victory this past Sunday against Uniao Leiria, defender Edson unintentionally kneed striker Salvador Agra in the head which knocked him out cold. As they should, a medical team scrambled to the unconscious footballer and carefully put him on a stretcher. Unfortunately, it was not careful enough, and one of the medics accidentally caused the unconsciousness player to fall off the stretcher back on the field. Good news is that he is expected to make a full recovery.
