This is definitely the first time I have seen anything like this. K.J. Choi and Greg Chalmers were competing at the 2013 Barclays which took place this year at Liberty National, and in the third round on Saturday they each aced the par-3 14th hole. To make it even more coincidental, it happened to be that they were playing in consecutive groups. You can watch them both below.
