Between Al Davis and Reggie Bush, poor Lane Kiffin just can’t win (aside from USC’s recent win over Arizona). After his bizzarre departure from the Oakland Raiders over two years, an arbitrator finally announced that Kiffin won’t get the $2.6M in in unpaid salary that he initially sought. In fact, Kiffin’s legal team had already reduced the claim to $330K, just trying to get something. Rumor has it that Kiffin was ready to further reduce his claim next week to a burger and some duct tape had the arbitrator’s denial not come through.
An arbitrator ruled today that Lane Kiffin lost his two-year-old grievance against the Raiders for unpaid salary.
