As far as good looks go, this isn’t a good one for Rory McIlroy (unless he’s publicly auditioning for a cameo in a future Happy Gilmore remake).
McIlroy was playing on the eighth hole of the WGC-Cadillac Championship. Having birdied the previous hole, McIlroy watched all his hard work disappear into the water on his second shot. Obviously a little frustrated, Rory promptly fired his golf club into the water with as much muster as he could manage.
Rory went on to bogey the hole. Hopefully, he wasn’t too emotionally attached to that club.
